Cancellation Policy
At NÓMA Beach Resort every booking is confirmed with a payment guarantee, and the terms depend on the season of your stay and the rate you choose. The applicable season and rate are shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation.
Payment terms
Low season — the full amount of the reservation is charged 3 days before arrival.
Mid season — the full amount of the reservation is charged 7 days before arrival.
High season — the full amount of the reservation is charged 14 days before arrival.
Non-refundable rate — the full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation terms
Low season
- 8 or more days before arrival: free cancellation, no charge.
- 4 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount is charged.
- 0 to 3 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount is charged.
Mid season
- 8 or more days before arrival: free cancellation, no charge.
- 0 to 7 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount is charged.
High season
- 15 or more days before arrival: free cancellation, no charge.
- 0 to 14 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% of the total reservation amount is charged.
Non-refundable rate
- 100% of the total reservation amount is charged once the booking is made. The reservation cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.
Good to know
- Days are counted from the arrival date shown on your confirmation, based on local time (EET/EEST).
- Modifications to dates are subject to availability and are treated as a cancellation and new booking if they fall within the charge period.
- Early departure is charged in full for the remaining nights of the reservation.
- Refunds, where applicable, are returned to the original payment method.
